The Tadpole™
The Tadpole is one of our most popular designs. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open great room with a U shaped kitchen. There's even a "mud entry" for super practicality.
This design is a simple rectangle, and easy to build. There is an option for a rooftop terrace and a separate guest house.

Little Paws™
Little Paws was originally designed to go at the beach, up on piers, aka "little paws". Little Paws can also be built on grade to be an accessible dwelling. A great choice for waterfront property, there is an expansive view side and a more sheltered entry side. The great room has circular flow connecting to all the spaces. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Corten Cottage™
This is one of our favorites. The Corten Cottage is a two story option with a double height living room connecting to a dining and kitchen area. This is one of the few plans that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is one bedroom and bath on the lower level, and one bedroom plus bath on the second level. This plan would also work well as a home with attached studio, using the ground floor bedroom as an office or work space, making a perfect work/life separation.
If you are wondering what "corten" is...it is a type of weathering steel that weathers to form its own beautiful coppery colored patina over time. It is a beautiful material, but Corten Cottage would also look great in almost any material you can think of!
