The Little Paws Micropolis House® was originally designed as an idea for a raised pier house but can be adapted to slab on grade or crawl space foundation.  We were inspired to give the screen porch a spectacular space, but this space can also be the living room if a screen porch is not desired.  

 

All Micropolis Houses® can be adapted for universal design on the ground level.  This will require the bathroom to be adjusted.

 

This plan is very adjustable and we have several variations that range in square footage from 1059 (2 bedrooms) to 1500 square feet (3 bedrooms).
